My experience with you was horrible, as you know. You wound out charging us for storage, when you know that we would have come to pick up the car, had you communicated with us that you were going to charge us. You knew we were still negotiating with StateFarm to get our car repaired.

Poor communication, rudeness. You told me that it is industry standard to charge for storage. Do you think I know what your industry standard is? It's more an industry standard to communicate with your customer. Had you simply called and said come pick up your car, we would have. It's that simple.
