I have been waiting for over a week on a quote on another vehicle for over a week now and when I called to let them know a women answered the phone and when I told her my situation she told me in a rude manner that she was the manager and she could quote the job!. I then asked her to have Fred the owner call me and she replied Sure!!!!!. I still haven't heard from him!!!!!!

Every time dealing with them was mass confusion. No one seemed to know what is going on except for Jason! I think there are to many people that don't know what's going on. Manny was a night mare.

Oceana is calm, professional, and willing to do anything to ensure the customer's experience is positive and smooth. The end result was perfect. The 1999 pickup truck looked brand new. The people are great and the craftsmanship is flawless.

I called several times due to a piece that needed to be repaired. Someone suppose to have got in contact with insurance to let them know. I got the run around. A part still need to be repaired. Very unsatisfied with the service. I only went there because Honda recommended and i will also let them know.

There is condensation in my passenger side head light. I was not there when I took my car there for repairs. One of the managers said it was not their fault. I will not recommend them to anyone I know
