From front desk Ashley (who looks like she's still enrolled in high school) to Mr Melvin that's the fave of the company and makes each costumer feel like family from day one, I'll never take my vehicle anywhere else. Very unprofessional. Over priced in hours to complete job. When you say, you would call a customer back, just do that or ask the customer to call you back. No empty promises and missing dead lines causes the customer to lose confidence in the business

I dropped my Baby Rouge Sport off to be repaired after an accident w/a First Acceptance Ins Co client. Roger's Reps arranged for a Hertz rental. I was able to drop off the Hertz vehicle & pick up my detailed car at the same time. They do amazing work! Thank You Rogers Family owned Business located in Conyers Georgia!!

Plastic nor floor mats weren’t used while services were being performed, and my vehicle was returned with an exceptional amount of visible dust on both the interior and exterior. Although I was initially offered a complimentary detailing service on the spot, after waiting approximately 45 minutes I was advised that I would need to return the following week to receive the free detailing. I found this handling of the situation to be inconsiderate, as it did not take my time into proper consideration.
