I had to replace my front bumper. There was still a gap between the headlight and bumper but didn’t stress is it because the price was trainable and it is an older Model car that I use for work. But they did go above and beyond in restoring my headlight.

Customer service can use some improvement. I had to call too many times about scheduling for the work on my car and then my information she couldn’t find in the system. I was told one thing one day about bringing it in. Then when I brought my car in. They said they don’t have the parts yet. Long story short it was too much back and forth there for a few weeks but we finally got it done.

The entire team at RCC kept me informed about the repairs needed on my car. They fought to stop my insurance company from declaring it a total loss, and did a beautiful job. My car hasn't looked this good in years!

Nice friendly people but communication over the phone is terrible. If you call ask a question they’ll put you on hold. They’ll come back and say someone will call you back in a little bit and no one ever returns your call.

This was my third time using Roger’s and I’ve always been impressed and satisfied all the way through. My vehicle is a beautiful metallic brown color and the match was seamless. A couple minor hiccups were corrected and I am well pleased. A couple of my co workers asked for Roger’s business cards and one has even used them already. Once Again a very satisfied customer, they were not disappointed.

Starting with the front office team, they were courteous, professional, and responsive. If they didn’t have an answer to my question I received call backs. They even navigated the rental vehicle pick up and drop off. My representative was a helpful conduit with the other parties insurance company. She kept me informed about parts, and next steps.

Rogers Classic Collision did an awesome job repairing the damage to my Lexus and their fee was considerably lower than other estimates. One area where improvements could be made is in the timeliness of communications with the customer. All-in-all, I am very satisfied with the repair job.
