* poor customer service * poor communication concerning repairs * poor workmanship - repairs were not done properly initially, nor the second time * hard top was scratched during removal * rental vehicle was not returned nor closed out in a timely manner * i also noticed a leak under dash on driver's side (that was not there before) after i picked my vehicle up. i am in the process of getting it looked at by my mechanic Kept my vehicle almost a month for a minor repair and shoddy workmanship. At this point I'm just glad to finally have my vehicle back. Thank you for allowing me to complete this survey.

Front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. I even heard them talking unfavorably about me not knowing I was in the waiting room. The owner lied and then refused to answer or return my calls when I said I was going to get my lawyer involved.

When we can to pickup our vehicle we noticed that the windshield had a scratch. They reviewed their photos and noted that it was not that way upon arrival. Therefore they quickly made arrangements to have replaced.

I am thankful to Rogers Classic Collision for handling my factory paint peeling situation. I'm not longer fearful of the paint continuing to peel away flying off into the wind and no resolution from the manufacturer. Melvin Jr. and Melvin Sr. along with the office staff were friendly, professional and accommodating each contact. They came through with what they promised and my vehicle looks like new.
