There was a piece that was sticking out on the right and not flush. I have an issue with the car not cooling. There was not an issue prior to me bringing the car in.

My repair was excellent and Crystal at the body shop was very helpful in answering questions if I had any. Very helpful when I checked in my truck. and explain the timeline and gave me a timeline on what I would be hopefully getting my truck back got it back on the time and date and the body shop guy did an excellent job on the damage on my vehicle

The collision center and administrative personnel Crystal was the best and the technicians that worked on my truck and worked on the dents did an outstanding job. They should get a pat on the back for that or a bonus sounds good to me. they all did great work and I was very pleased with it and Crystal called me every other day or sometimes at least once a day or every other day she kept me informed that was a good thing thank you.

The customer service was great. However, I feel it took a long time to finish my car. I also took my car back because it’s now doing something that it wasn’t doing in the beginning. I was told everything is fine but still feel something is not right. I may take it to get a second opinion
