Despite communication issues over the phone, they did a great job on repairing the vehicle and my service rep was VERY kind and helpful in person.

Lloyd was incredibly helpful over the phone and in person. Great experience with him! However, it was incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone by phone. There was also another individual in the same office who, instead of helping me, was playing on facebook while I waited on Lloyd.
