Working with Crystal throughout the experience was amazing. She was kind, communicative, and because of her I was confident my truck was in good hands. They finished the repairs ahead of schedule and not only did it look like the accident never happened, they cleaned and polished my truck up and made it look even better.

The staff was wonderful. My car was ready when they said it would be looking brand new again. A five star review isn't enough in my opinion.

They did not complete my car they did not fix it. They gave him my car back and it wasn’t fixed. I took it over there to get the app that was on my dashboard to recovery then while I was over there, my car broke down so it’s back in the shop.

This was my very first time dealing with a collision. Rogers Dabbs made the process so easy and their customer service was outstanding. I received frequent updates on my truck through text messages and phone calls. I was never left with questions about how long it would take for my truck to complete. They were kind, knowledgeable and timely.

I cannot say I am completely satisfied, because on the phone I was told there was no charge but when I arrived to pick it up I had a new tire,and because I was not explained as to what tire depreciation was I was hit with a bill for said tire,so excuse me for not having a college degree and not asking what the big words are,but I like to believe I don't owe anything means No Charge,thank Roger's Dabbs
