I had an outstanding experience with this auto body shop and cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish, their customer service went far beyond what I expected. Getting repairs done after an accident can be stressful, but the team here made the entire process incredibly smooth and worry-free. They were extremely professional, communicative, and helpful every step of the way. One thing that really stood out was how much they helped with the insurance process. Instead of leaving me to figure things out on my own, they worked directly with the insurance company, handled the paperwork, and kept me updated throughout the entire claim and repair process. That alone took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. They kept me informed with regular updates, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. It truly felt like they were looking out for my best interest rather than just trying to get the job done quickly. The quality of the work was also excellent. When I got my vehicle back, it looked fantastic and you could tell they really take pride in their work. Everything was done right and the car looked as good as new. Overall, this shop went above and beyond in every way—customer service, communication, dealing with insurance, and the quality of the repair itself.
