Albert went above and beyond to help me when I came by to clean out my car. He offered me a box for my things. The compartment where the spare tire is was smashed in and inaccessible so he got out tools and opens it up from the back seat side so I could retrieve things stored in there. He was kind and considerate. You are very lucky to have him on your team.

Helpful hint: If there is going to be a delay in the anticipated delivery date it would be helpful to convey to the customer in the electronic notification not only the new potential delivery date but the reason why!

Repair work was great. My only complaint is that if there are going to be delays in the completion date (there were several in my case) that you inform the customer as to why (I wasn’t).
