Just want to say we are happy with things despite all the back and forth that went on, the guy you got rid of was terrible the "hail specialist" guy was terrible, argued with me and my husband about the damage that occurred because of storm/ hail and tried to tell us that it wasn't hail damage that chipped our paint. Put us off for weeks on end. Had us come get the car and everything even when things weren't finished, I didn't like that. But the owner made it right. He got our paint and windshield redone and fixed my biggest complaints. I was starting to become very aggravated and upset at the situation so I was glad to find out that the guy I had been dealing with prior plus the "hail specialist" that wasn't the owner was the issue and not the entire facility. We have been bringing vehicles for repair for years bc we loved how you work and the quality work we received. I'm very glad to hear that is back on track now it seems!

It was awful at first but once you found the issues at hand with the guy you fired and the hail dude that was also a big issue I saw a complete 360 in customer service. If you ask me on those two guys it was a -5 but the owner I talked with, it went back to 10/10
