There has been a big misunderstanding on our service from brooks body shop they did an excellent job and a fast service and the information about them not washing the vehicle is untrue a completely different review that Kia was the one that changed my oil and rotated tires on my car not the truck body shop does not do that and I don’t know how that got messed up but please apologize to Brooks body shop for the mess up they did an absolutely great service and should never have been judged on the post if you would have read entire thing you would have known truck and Kia and services two different vehicles
