This score may have higher if the communication had been better, if the completion time had been shorter, and if the overall repairwork bill to our insurance had been commensurate with what appeared to have minimal damage. It saddens us to give such a low score because always in the past, we rated T-Body's work very high and made it a point to recommend T-Body to others.

We received an itemized list of parts and repairs, but there is no way of knowing whether those are Ford parts or after-market parts. We would have to have another shop to look at our vehicle. It appears to be running well and the replacement parts appear to be working as they should.

The staff always communicated in a professional and respectful manner. However, we were often left in the dark as to what was happening with our vehicle. We turned our vehicle in to T-Body on July 28, 2026, and the repairs were finally completed on September 4, 2026 (5+ weeks). The completion date kept being pushed to later. The date would come and go and we were given a new completion date. We are long-time customers of T-Body and it never took that long for repairwork. I also find it incredible that our insurance company was billed nearly $12,700.00 for deer damage. Our insurance company rep. said we are now in a higher risk category through no fault of our own. The deer t-boned us, we didn't hit it, but we will now pay a higher monthly premium though we were not involved with the behind -the-scenes cost discussions between T-body and our insurance company. Lastly, please consider doing your own decal work. The decal work appears good but it took additional time (Nutter Fort).
