Cleaned my car, nice staff. However, did not take my car to the dealership to have a part reprogrammed and has since caused a huge issue with insurance because of this. Since taking my car to the dealership, they found that blackbear did not replace a BENT BRACKET. so even more issues with insurance and even more time without my car. this is a problem that could’ve been fixed WEEKS ago but was not due to blackbear’s oversite when repairing my vehicle.
