Never received updates unless I called and called and called, wasn’t updating insurance company so I couldnt View any updates in the app, closed my claim and says my car is finished but still don’t have my car and it’s at the dealership now. Very poor lack of communication and no updates on my car, I found out through a text message that Toyota has my car and still haven’t heard a word from ricks collision.

I am incredibly impressed with the service at Rick’s Collision. They got my vehicle scheduled in a very timely manner, and the repair quality is amazing. Communication was excellent throughout—they kept me consistently informed and updated every step of the way. To top it all off, their team went above and beyond by staying open past closing time just so I could pick up my vehicle as soon as it was ready. Exceptional professionalism and customer service!

Awesome work and service as always. It’s never a pleasant experience having an accident and needing repair service, but always a pleasure to work with the staff at Rick’s Collision.
