When I went to pick my car up after waiting over a month and a half there was so much orange peel on the door they said, I could leave it and they would fix it when I picked it up it was almost dark so it looked ok the next day when I was walking to my car after work it was sunny and you can see every sand mark/ buffing mark on the door and some spot where they sanded or buffed right through the clear on the door wish I could up load pictures I am very disappointed I didn't even call because it should of been done right the first time and the fact that you let that out the door a second time like that says a lot I will let insurance company know

I had several calls and messages go answered or returned. It was almost impossible to talk to someone. I had to get my insurance agent to get involved and even they had difficulty getting them to respond

Same reasons. It took five months to get an appointment and then they kept my car for three weeks for a minor repair.

Beautiful work on my CR-V. They even discovered and repaired some problems I wasn't aware of and would have caused issues in the future. Because I had time constraints, White's finished the repairs in record time.
