Recently I found myself in a situation no one wants to be in. My vehicle was back into in my work parking lot, causing damage to my wheel, tire, and fender. Brought my vehicle to Dave at Ron Wise and its looking brand new! From start to finish I couldnt be happier with my experience. Dave was prompt and professional and kept me updated through the entire process. He even scheduled my drop off date around technicians who were on vacation so they didnt have my vehicle longer than need be! Terrible experience. Had my car for 3 and a half months, showed no real empathy about it, still made me pay the full $500 deductible, you'd think just as a courtesy you'd at least take something off, but nope. Even asked before you even started would you do it for just the check amount, instead of responding to my question, I just got a "we are good to go" response, giving me the impression that it would be done for just the check amount. Because had I been told no, I would've just take it somewhere else. Was told you were waiting for a wire, and that you finally found "the only one left in the United States. Really? My car is a 2014, not a 1995. I'm positive that was not the only wire for a back up camera in the country. Had my daughter and mother take take their cars there in the past. Never again will I recommend Ron Wise after this experience.

Each employee was customer focused. When wrong part was delivered, they ordered correct part on that s as me day. It was installed the next day. And I pick up my car that same day. There was minimal disruption to my schedule because they kept my car as a priority to get fixed as quickly as possible. I tell my neighbors about Ron Wise Auto Body shop whenever I can work it into as conversation.
