This is the second time I’ve had my car fixed here and there’s been a problem this time with the front bumper not being attached right and the first time was when I had my back bumper replaced it was never replaced. It was just painted.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service at the collision center. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Especially Brian. He kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. The communication and attention to detail were outstanding. I truly appreciate the time and care the team took to make sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend their customer service to anyone needing collision repairs. Bryan is an asset to your team, don’t lose him!

I cannot recommend this auto shop enough! From the moment I dropped off my car, the customer service was top-notch. Bryan went above and beyond to make the entire repair process stress-free. He kept me updated through the whole process, so I never had to wonder what was going on. He was consistently pleasant, professional, and transparent about everything.
