My vehicle was vandalized in Philadelphia PA. I was visiting from Florida. This was a very difficult experience. My car was in bad shape. My insurance company recommended Caliber to me. Since I was having the repairs done at an eight-hundred-mile distance, I was only able to communicate by phone with the shop. However, my service advisor was a huge help to me. Bryan Culler called me regularly explaining everything that was happening. He was VERY professional and understanding regarding my situation. I cannot say enough good things about him. I received piece of mind during the whole ordeal. That meant a great deal to me being so far away. Thank you, Bryan..... you were great!
