My Experience

Going in this was a stressful experience for me. I had never filed a claim with my insurance and never navigated that process. The team at Spina & Adams was incredibly reassuring, took time to explain everything on their end and were very thorough in their initial inspection and plan for my repair. They kept in contact and were very communicative day of pick-up, offering lots of flexibility with my schedule. The work they did was exceptional and you wouldn’t know anything had happened to the car. In addition to the actual work, as a courtesy they buffed out and/or cleaned up multiple little dings and scratches (the realities of West Philly street parking!) all over my car, cleaned the entire inside and outside including the wheels! It looked brand new! Can’t say enough about the team and their work. On top of all of it, super friendly people who make you feel comfortable. Hopefully I won’t have to but I would not hesitate to bring my car back to them or recommend their service to others!

This is a fantastic team. They communicated clearly about their process and the insurance process attached to their service. Once my car was in their care, they provided regular updates on progress. They clearly communicated the pick up process and made options available for our schedule. On top of the work the performed being exceptional, they vacuumed out my car and cleaned the exterior so she came back to me looking brand new. While I do I hope I never have to use their services again I would not hesitate to bring my car back to them or recommend their services to friends. Outstanding experience.
