10 is the highest but they deserve at least 20. Starting with the front desk…very efficient and helpful. Tyler was so knowledgeable, I walked away knowing my cat would look great afterwards. The best compliment was from the service consultant at the Lexus dealership. “WOW”. ‘Nuff said🙂
