Tyler Rook Rocks!!! I called Victor Auto Body after I previously dealing with three other body shops. I trust very little when it comes to my vehicle, and 7:30 in the morning I called and spoke with Tyler. Tyler is a blessing. I did ask me what time I could come to the shop. I told him is right now OK and he said yes so I drove over and showed up 15 minutes later. I let him know that insurance will be covering my vehicle. He assessed my vehicle and was very detailed in what the needs of the damage were. He also advised me he will do a two week turnaround time. Tyler delivered and came through on his word with the service and the turnaround time and my vehicle looked brand new for a 21 year-old Truck. Honestly, I was not expecting someone going over and beyond as Tyler did. As I was in the shop giving the keys to Tyler I was very assertive to the employees in the shop as well. All of them are very knowledgeable and kind. I did not know that this shop covers all aspects of vehicle repairs. It was heaven sent that I was able to go to the shop because I found a new trustworthy mechanic as well. And I can say that honestly, because I grew up with mechanics as a toddler from my father and brothers. However, my brothers are not here to service my vehicles, but I now have Tyler. I was able to talk to a friend that grew up in Portland/Middletown who knows Tyler and he too also recommends Tyler all in all I could rest my head and knowing I could trust Tyler and I feel like I hit a pot of gold, finding Tyler and the shop.
