Incredible work. 5-stars, 10/10. Quality, speed, communication all top notch. The only negative is probably more insurance related, but figuring out if the car was a total loss seemed unnecessarily complicated. If I was doing it again I would tell the body shop not to proceed with any repairs until insurance funding is secured. In my case the car was not a total loss and we got the best possible outcome, I'm sure in no small part to the hard work from Chris finding parts, but I was surprised waiting for authorization isn't standard practice. Regardless, if I or anyone I know needs a body shop in the future, I will be recommending Rose Auto Body.
