Incredible work. 5-stars, 10/10. Quality, speed, communication all top notch. The only negative is probably more insurance related, but figuring out if the car was a total loss seemed unnecessarily complicated. If I was doing it again I would tell the body shop not to proceed with any repairs until insurance funding is secured. In my case the car was not a total loss and we got the best possible outcome, I'm sure in no small part to the hard work from Chris finding parts, but I was surprised waiting for authorization isn't standard practice. Regardless, if I or anyone I know needs a body shop in the future, I will be recommending Rose Auto Body.

I've used Caliber Collision for more than a decade, back to when it was Cook's. They were better when they were Cook's. I decided to try something new and went with Rose. No regrets. Chris, Laurie (please forgive if misspelled), and their team are topnotch. They were fast and thorough and had my car in and out in a week. It looks better than new. I hope to live out the remainder of my life accident-free but will definitely go back to them if I need any other auto body repair. They're the best!
