The customer service was second to none. I had a surprise work trip come up while my car was in with Rose auto body. I asked them if there was any chance I could pick my car up earlier than what was originally agreed upon and Rose auto body Delivered. They not only got the work on my car completed early but still fully detailed my vehicle like professionals. Very impressed.

Everyone at Rose's Auto Body was amazing. Not only were they communicative throughout the entire time that they had my car, with status updates and the like, but when I picked up my vehicle, they had gone the extra mile of cleaning it. Not just the outside, but the inside too- and I have dogs, so that's a big deal! When I dropped off my car initially for service, they were friendly, offered me a beverage (coffee, tea, water) and even let the rental car company know I was ready for a pick up after signing my estimate for services. When my vehicle was ready for pickup, Rose's Auto Body let me know that I could drop the rental at their shop, and that the rental car company would collect it in the morning. (To just make sure I leave it with the appropriate amount of gas) Very convenient service. I did call the rental company and let them know I had down this and they confirmed they would swing by the auto shop in the morning to collect their vehicle. All in all, I am very satisfied with my experience at Rose's Auto Body. 15/10 would recommend!

Everyone at Rose's Auto Body was amazing. From the moment I needed to drop my car off to the time when I was alerted to being able to pick up my vehicle, I felt cared for, comminucated with, and overall I could tell they truly valued me as a customer; I really appreciated all the status updates via text and I appreciated their patience every time I called in, especially when I was trying to coordinate the rental drop off when my car was ready. Which they helped coordinate for me- top tier service!!
