The repair was above and beyond. I needed to replace my bumper and repair a dent above the wheel well. The bumper matched my vehicle perfectly and the dent was unnoticable. I use this vehicle to ride for Uber and a day missed, is a day withoout wages. I was elated by the turn around time. The team washed my car on the inside and outside... Again, above and beyond.

I interacted with four people from Rose Autobody. Each person was kind, considerate, and customer-centric. The staff created a "raving fan" as described in the short, anecdotal book, "Raving Fans." If you haven't read the book, I'm surprised because the staff wenty above and beyond.

I really liked how clean the waiting area is. It made waiting not that bad. I also was quite surprised to see how clean the inside of the car was after the repairs were done. Nice touch.
