People are nice and very professional. My only issue is that I was not informed that repair timeline could change from a week to over three weeks due to waiting for parts. It would have been good to tell me it maybe a month due to slow delivery of parts. then I could have properly arranged for a car to drive while I was waiting for the repair to be completed. All other areas they were wonderful

Great service and people. Let me know what was going on each step of the way and let me know when there were delays. Also offered to return my rental after I had my car back!!
