Although I have driven past Ross Auto Body many times over the past years, I never had occasion to use their services. This repair was relatively minor and involved replacement and refinishing the rear bumper cover along with operability assessment of any bumper mounted sensors. The project took a couple of days longer than projected but in the end I'm very satisfied with the fit and finish of all the work. The color match and clear coat finish are exceptional. Absolutely no fish-eyes, sags or minor runs anywhere that I can see. In fact the paint-work is so good that I'm thinking about refinishing the front bumper cover on another high mileage SUV. I plan on using Ross Auto Body on my next repair/refinishing project. These folks are real professionals.
