In the past, I would’ve said 10. Since you’ve moved, it seems the service has gone way down. This time we got our car back and there were things wrong with it It also seemed to take a really long time to get in and to get fixed. So I guess you’re doing well.

Didn’t fully fix the damage then lied about the insurance agent saying not to fix the damage. Also, never got any update on my vehicle , called multiple times and no one picked up the phone. The loaner they gave me to use was unfit for the road. The guy who seemed to be in charge there said they just did brake work on the vehicle. When clearly the rear rotors and brakes were metal on metal. I refuse to have Rossi fix the work on my truck. I do not trust this business nor is anyone competent enough to handle a unsatisfied customer. I cannot believe this place is still able to work on people’s vehicles.

Customer service was terrible,I got in a shouting match because I was so unhappy with the work. He was rudely unprofessional when the work on my vehicle was on him. Clearly I’m going to be upset is a dent and paint blemish is in the middle of my box side.
