I have a 2009 Toyota Tacoma, was involved with a deer strike, I thought that it maybe totaled. Due to the age of the vehicle was a little worn. I expressed to John that I hope it is not totaled. He informed me that I was right under the wire. My truck looks outstanding; the body work is impeccable. The paint job looks like it came out of the factory. Pleasant team to work with and highly recommended. Great job guys!!! Best regaurds David

They had my car for 33 days. I was told it would take about 2 weeks. I had no idea that I would have to pay the full price for the rental after 30 days. The customer service person at Falmouth Auto Works said they’d let Enterprise know about the delay. No one from either place let me know till I was presented with an unexpected bill. I feel someone should have alerted me ahead of time. I could have returned the car at 30 days and just shared my husband’s car for the last three. I think that Falmouth Auto Works should cover that. I phoned to explain the situation and no one over got back to me.

I was very pleased with the work done on my vehicle as a customer since 1996 when a young woman named Vicki greeted you. Also the courtesy I was shown by the woman at the desk. I think was Alice. Also I had a pleasant surprise when I noticed my vehicle was.cleaned inside and out. I woukd highly recommend Falmouth Auto Works.

I was recently involved in an accident with my Toyota Tacoma. Falmouth Auto Works was on the AMICA Insurance Company’s list of Body Repair Shops. I had it towed there and Jon was very thorough and professional with explaining what needed to be done for repairs and how it would all be handled.
