My original appt was never recorded. I had to wait three months for an appt. Then. I waited 25 days for a front bumper replacement.

I contacted Rotundas many times. Initial customer service personnel in April 2026 did not enter my appt on the schedule. Subsequent customer service personnel over the next three months did not return my calls or provide promised updates, ever!

Not happy. The truck has a serious overspray ( very noticeable) and is very disappointing. I am told that it was always there. I surely would have seen the problem

First time I have used Rotunda’s, and it was nothing short of awesome. Great communication, easy drop off, easy pick up and I was very impressed with how nice my car looks now! Seems cleaner than when I dropped it off. In addition to fixing the dents they took very good care of it!
