The communication regarding repairs was the worst I've ever experienced with any type of business. There were so many instances where I would call and check in and no one would pick up despite it being during normal business hours. I left a few voicemails and was lucky to get any response. I was told that the repair was going to be 1-2 weeks but ended up being around 6-7 weeks. They kept pushing back my pickup date, which is fine except they wouldn't tell me until the day I was supposed to pick it up and there was one instances where they didn't tell me until the day after I was supposed to pick it up. Absolutely worst communication ever!
