A couple of questions. When will I be able to wash my car after the rust on the hood was repaired? I was told I would receive an invoice in the mail for my hood repairs - I thought this was covered under warranty. Kindly advise. Thank you. -Paul *** *** ****

It’s the little things that’ll get your customers to return. Sarah knew I was picking my car up the morning of the 7th. It was originally supposed to be done on the 5th but due to personnel availability, the repair took a day longer. it was officially ready the 6th. I did not have a ride to get it on the 6th. So, when Sarah called me to say it was ready on the 6th, I told her I wouldn’t be able to get it until the morning of the 7th. I arrived at about 8:30am. I paid the bill and left to go get the car. It was parked out front and appeared to have been there for a while. In my opinion, due to the cold and windy weather, it should have been left inside. It was 12 degrees with a high wind. When I went to get in the car, neither door on the drivers side would open. The doors weren’t froze, cuz I could open them from the inside just fine. I don’t know the root cause of the problem but the cold weather affected it. This has happened once before. Once the car heated up and I got home, the doors opened fine. It’s almost like the cold weather activated an inhibit on the outside door handles to prevent physical damage. Chrysler tech would have to verify that. I would really like to know.

The steering wheel is slightly off from being centered. Other than that no complaints.Can I get it centered?

Steve and Sara were great! loved dealing with them both very professional and overall the collision work Rouen did was amazing. I hope I do not need Collison work done again anytime soon but if I do, I will be back to deal with the both of them and the Rouen Collision team again, Thank you!
