I was happy with the end product except the replacement still had the holes where the 2nd license plate would have been. The communication between myself & Mike started out great. However, the updates got lost along the way. I blamed this on just being one customer. However, upon my return on Sat. 6 days after I dropped my car off, I found out they were closed on Sat. & I had no idea I needed to get a car rental since the whole purpose for dropping my car off on the previous Sun.was to have it done by Sat. when I returned home. Not all was Honda it turned out part of the problem was my insurance adjuster which I was totally unaware of. Until I got the whole story & contacted my insurance agent did things begin to unravel & I got my car the end of the week. If I had been aware of the problem I could have resolved while still on vacation. I know I am just one customer but feel like I took more of Milke’s time by not being aware of a r

Madison was an excellent facilitator & client advocate, from the moment she provided me w/ an estimate toward end of business hrs on 9/11, through the moment I retrieved my repaired vehicle from Roush. She provided timely scheduling, shuttle to Enterprise to obtain a rental vehicle, regular updates, and appropriate instruction RE: care of my vehicle given body work that had been performed, along w/ all associated warranty info. Invoice was succinct, but thorough listing each tech performing various repairs at each juncture. I will default to Roush Honda for body work if ever have a future need. Very good experience.
