Front license plate was not put on as requested and noted so had to wait a few minutes for that work to be done. Surprised the manager did not walk out with me to inspect the work, just handed me the keys. Would think he would want to hear comments on work. Still disappointed in problem white paint on Accord. 2015 and rusting, crazy.

Roush manager did not do a walk through upon completion or front plate put on was not noted as requested. Keys were simply handed to me. Should really do a walk through with customer.

Mike was awesome and is the only reason this isn't a 1, but your company policy that limits rentals to service side only and doesn’t permit body repair rentals — particularly on a very short term basis - makes me less likely to consider Roush Body, Roush Service or Roush Dealership. We spent nearly $6,000 for repairs out of pocket but had to battle for a $35 rental car for a day and a half. Ridiculous.

This is my second time coming to Roush's Body Shop and both times were an awesome experience. Mike Randall had great customer service and was extremely helpful in the process. He provided frequent updates and made the experience great.

Mike was informative through all of these steps. I thought it was very nice of the body shop to clean the inside of my car before returning it. It was a bonus that I wasn’t expecting, but greatly appreciated.

Roush Honda did a great job with the repair, my car looks brand new! Madison was so helpful and constantly communicating with me and giving me updates. I’m very thankful for her and all of the Roush Honda Body shop team for providing great service!
