Mike treated a very “liquid” situation very well, doing the best he could to keep us updated on the constantly changing situation regarding our hail damaged CRV. My only complaint, if you’d even call it that, was when we picked up our car we found out that we basically have to keep our car in the garage for a month to allow the paint to “cure”. That’s definitely the way it is and is no reflection on the body shop whatsoever.

I was adv they would keep me updated yet I was the one calling for updates. Then when I called the Friday prior to pick up felt as though I was bothering Mike and was not made aware of a check from the ins. So when I went on Monday (after calling at 4 even though I was told he would get back to me) at this time is when I was made aware of needing 2700 to pick up my vehicle instead of the 1200 I was told
