Route 23 Automall is a local Body Shop in Butler serving the North Jersey area. Our Goal is to make your repair with our Body Shop as worry free as possible. We have trained technicians with 20 plus years of experience repairing various makes and models of vehicles. We offer Old World Craftsmanship with New Age Technology from small dents & dings to major collision repairs. Our shop is equipped with State of the Art measuring system from Car-o-liner to ensure perfect Frame & Unibody repairs with our 3 dimensional system. We also offer enclosed area for aluminum repair and are one of the few shops in the area certified to work on the new F150 all aluminum body, We have also updated our spray booth to accommodate Waterborne Paint System to ensure color matching.

Bumper is not secured properly. Radio non functioning after repair. Shop received car with functioning radio Navi. If you disconnect battery, you should make the effort to deliver car with functioning radio/Navi. Also was told that car would be ready by 14th, took an additional week

Bumper not 100% secured. I can provide photos. Waited 3 weeks for repairs as shop is short staffed and add to that they disconnected battery to do work which is fine but then my Navi and radio don't work. They could have spent some time getting code from Acura but no they made me lose time to get the car back to how I gave it to them

Very timely return of the vehicle. One element of potential improvement was the estimated turnaround for repair was a week and the repairs were actually completed in less than 24 hours. Planning for covering of vehicle absence was therefore overly conservative.
