I took the truck k in to have the shark fin repaired because of an issue before I purchased the truck. Repair was done very well, but when re-installing the moonroof inner seals the were put in incorrectly. The sunshade would fetch up on the seals, so I had to take it back. The problem was resolved quickly and effectively. Everything works great now and we are very satisfied.

Great until the end when it was time to pick up. Told it shoukld be done on Friday. I had to call. Said maybe after lunch but maybe Monday because detail dept. was backed up. We left it as if I don't hear back on Friday pick up first thing Monday. No call, text or email about the status. I called Monday morning still not ready. I had to call again to verify I could pick up vehicle. No one went over it with me. I noticed a chip in the bummer by the fog light that was not there when I bought the vehicle in. I have photos from accident.
