I didn’t have a repair because my car was totaled! But Roxy Auto Body, in particular, Steve, did an awesome job of advising me of what I needed to know, sawing the trunk open so I could retrieve my belongings, etc.

They were so helpful from the moment I called. They arranged for a tow and dealt with the other party’s insurance company to get reimbursement so that I didn’t need to be out the money.

I was very pleased with the repair and customer service. From the initial assessment to delivering my vehicle to my home, everyone was courteous and accommodating. Although my service was initiated by an insurance referral, I will definitely use Roxy's on my own if the need arises.

Very satisfied with on elements of service. From the initial contact when I dropped off my car, to the complimentary delivery of my vehichl at completion, everyone was courteous and went out of their way to accomodate me. Although I was referred to Roxy Auto Body through my insurance company, I would definitely recommend and use them in the need arose in the future.
