These people took two months to fix my car. They did nothing for over a month. They cost me 1500 dollars because of it. They lied constantly. I hate having to use them at all. I regret even thinking about them fixing my car. Progressive asked them to pay for the days after 30 because that’s all the rental car allowed me to use. They said no. Horrible caliber site.

I was kept updated from the time I literally went to drop my car off, I had to wait for part to be ordered so I was be to take car home until then however I was continously being updated when part came in took car back updates continued not to mention they called enterprise to bring car to me able to leave it at caliber upon pickup THE WORK WAS EMACULANT THE PAINT JOB BEAUTIFUL. INFORMED ME THAT I COULDN'T GO CAR WASH FOR 30 DAYS WASN'T AN ISSUE BECAUSE THEY CLEANED MY CAR INSIDE AND WASHED IT SO THEY HAD EVERYTHING COVERED CUSTOMER SERVICE A1 the work off charts the young lady at front very pleasant. Need car service GO to Caliber on Easton RD. GUSSIE
