First of all it took over two weeks for the repairs to my truck to be done. At one point I was assured it would be done at the end of business that day(5:00pm) it took me 45 minutes to drive to your shop in rush-hour traffic on the Friday before a major holiday, as I pulled into the parking's lot at 4:45 I received a phone call saying my truck would not be done today. I was then assured it would be done on Tuesday after the holiday weekend. I finally received a phone call on Tuesday May 27 at 2 PM. When I inspected my truck I found fresh chips in the paint 6 inches above where the original repair was supposed to happen. I informed the folks in the office about it. I was told nothing could be be done about it this week, and to call next week to set up an appointment. When I got into my truck to drive home I found my fuel light on, there was a quarter of a tank of gas in my truck when I took it to Roxy. Why was my truck out of gas when I picked it up?
