They originally told me the car would be done by a certain day. That day came and went and I had to call them when the car would be done. It would have be nice for them to call and tell me first.

Had an amazing experience. All personnel at Roxy was extremely polite and efficient and the service in my car was above and beyond (my car was taken in with significant dents and scratches). They also did a full wash and interior cleaning before returning the car. Amazing work! Highly recommended.
