I would not recommend the shop based on this repair experience. This is a brand-new vehicle that was recently purchased from Royal Land Rover and had no scratches or finish damage when it was dropped off. I expected the vehicle to be returned to its original pre-loss condition, but instead it was returned with additional visible damage and defects. The upper tailgate still shows damage/swirl marks, and there are scratches around the Range Rover lettering and marks near the driver-side rear light area that were not present before. I have had other vehicles repaired here before with no issues, and this is my second vehicle purchase through Royal Land Rover, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Communication was also poor, we had to call for status updates, no clear completion date was provided, and there was no proper final 360 walk-around at pickup. The process lacked quality control, continuity, and proper customer handoff.

I am dissatisfied with the quality of the repair. My Range Rover was repaired after being rear-ended, but the vehicle was returned with visible defects that were not present when it was dropped off. The upper tailgate still shows damage and swirl marks, and there are scratches/marks around the Range Rover lettering and the driver-side rear light area. The lower tailgate was replaced, but the surrounding finish and adjacent components were not restored to pre-loss condition. I am requesting the repair be reviewed, documented, and corrected.

I am dissatisfied with the customer service and repair handoff process. My original representative, Tom, left during the middle of the repair, which created a lack of continuity and follow-through. When I picked up the vehicle this past Friday, Alfonso did not perform a full 360 walk-around inspection with me before releasing the vehicle. After pickup, I identified visible issues that should have been caught during a proper quality control inspection, including damage/swirl marks on the upper tailgate, scratches around the Range Rover lettering, and marks near the driver-side rear light area. The vehicle should not have been released as complete in this condition.

Royal collision did an excellent job fixing my 2020 Sonata. They did the work within the timeframe that they stated they could. And I 'm extremely pleased whit the outcome. I would recommend them for anyone who is looking to have their vehicle repaired.

My contact Tom never returned any of my calls. It also took over two months to get my car fixed, apparently not enough techs. And when I finally picked it up The A.C. Wasn’t working so I had to leave it there another day to get it fixed.

I always have Royal GMC perform all work on my Sierra because it is always exceptional.

The caliber of work was outstanding as usual. The only improvement would be the status updates should be provided more frequently to enable coordination of picking up the vehicle at completion.

Call backs on repair status would be very helpful.

I'm gonna tell every other driver and tell everyone passenger what happen when my headlight turns into a strobe light n turns off n on at random times while driving. Major has to me and other drivers.

The car has electrical issues, check engine light came out, the front headlight turns into a strobe light bc they used the lowest grade after market parts after I asked him not to from the get go, even stated it in writing during him missing deadline after deadline giving me conflicting answers to my question, refusing to show me a parts list. Probably never once made emergency part orders for me after missing deadlines. I goto school and work Lyft and Uber to pay rent. When I work Lyft I pick up school children middle school and up. I have certificates to work with children and used to work with special needs kids and drive them in my vehicle and applied to that same job here in Tucson. My car won awards for reliability and easy to work on and cheap parts. It's a Kia. How you messed this how is like missing a slam dunk. And you just made my life, full time student working his way thru college who uses this car to earn money--I drive old people around, kids, all of society. I saw this coming a mile away. So yea I need you fix my car you never fix in the first place. I'm in the middle of emails with my claims people now too.

Lied to with a smile. Furious. Absolutely furious. And I borrow money from my sweet mom to pay for it. You just ripped off my mom. And me. And will be fixing it too. I'll stand outside your business protesting to people going to drop their car off to run away as fast as they can
