They called me at 440 to come pick up my vehicle by 5pm. And then told me because I couldn't make it in 20mins that they had to pay for rental to Enterprise. Which should've been covered under insurance. I called them the next morning to let them know I couldn't pick it up until right at closing. Then another issue happened the next day. Not enough room here to explain

The tow truck picked yp the car and delivered it to Royal Chevrolet on Thursday and they received the parts on Friday. The body shop, apparently, does not work on Saturday nor Sunday so my car was not ready until Wednesday the following week. The car looks great - super job!

I probably wouldn't recommend because my check engine light was on when I picked it up and it was not on for the 3 weeks that I drove it before my appointment to the body shop and they pretty much said oh well about it. also my front driver side tire I could not get off to change the rotors and breaks because it looked like someone over tightened it and is pretty much stuck

The one girl at the body shop desk was very attitudy. I did not like dealing with her at all. The older gentleman was very nice though
