Ron’s communicated worked with me and my insurance company after a no-fault accident. They explained the process of approval and repairs thoroughly. Once my insurance company sorted out their issues, Ron’s repaired significant damage as efficiently as possible. When my rental insurance ran out, the provided me a loaner without me even asking, which was a HUGE relief. They made a stressful time as stress-free as anyone could have.

The work that was done is excellent. However, communication from the shop was very poor. The work came in $1,000 above the estimate and no one bothered to talk to me about this until the end when payment was due. They spoke to the insurance company and got all the work “approved” but failed to consider that my deductible was $2500 even though I made them aware of this when I dropped off the car. Of course the insurance company is approving the work - they weren’t paying for it! Don’t make assumptions - talk to the customer. The insurance company is NOT the customer. In addition, the car was done 10 days past when they said it would be - this after an issue around it even being on the calendar. There were claims around getting the wrong part but I think the shop didn’t have it scheduled and so, it didn’t get done on the schedule promised. Again poor communication. You really owe it to the customer to a) talk to each other and b) talk to your customer. I won’t be recommending the shop. And I won’t be coming back.

I had to replace the front bumper. I'm very happy with how car looks now. The work was done before estimated time, I like that the shop reminded me about the appointment, sent the web update on the progress.
