Autoworks was very responsive and super helpful throughout the whole process of my car getting repaired after I hit a deer. They worked directly with my insurance company and made things as smooth and easy as possible.

Autoworks answered all of my questions and went out of their way to help. My car's inspection expired while it was there, and they very graciously took care of that for me, so I was able to bring my car home right when the repairs were complete.

We were nervous at first because Mike, who we'd been very happy with in the past, no longer worked there. However, Shawn reassured us and promised us 100% satisfaction. Our car is an unusual model with difficult to match paint, and the work was nearly flawless! Shawn also did a little extra restoration work on parts not damaged in the accident at no charge. We were very satisfied!

The repair took almost 4 weeks after an estimated time of 1 to 2 weeks. I also had trouble getting updates. The job was done very well and looks and drives great! Overall a success.
