Car was promised finished on a Friday, when we called about what time to come pick it up we were told they'd call us back. Turned out, the repair hadn't been started in the 3 days it had been sitting there (completely drivable) while we were borrowing a car. No one bothered to call us in the 3 days it sat there to let us know it was actually going to be 8 days. If we'd been in a rental I would have been much more upset, but it was still bullshit.
