The staff at Royal South was excellent. They kept us informed and advocated for us when there were delays in shipping, by repeatedly contacting the company holding up a part necessary to complete repairs. The office staff was also helpful in dealing with our insurance company. We were updated throughout the entire process. We felt well taken care of and treated respectfully. Would recommend them without hesitation.

I already have recommended it to a family member, though they haven't gone worried about the cost at a dealer shop. I'd certainly recommend again though if there were any collision issues, since insurance would mitigate the cost issue.

I've never had such a big repair before from a collision like that, but after some significant damage they got it back to looking good as new. It took a little while, but there's nothing negative I can say about the quality!
