They damaged (2 deep scrapes and. 1 deep scratch) my right bumper after they replaced my left bumper. Their employee knew s/he did the damage and said nothing. I happened to discover the damage when I went to pick my car up.

After I discovered the damage the employee did, the manager told me to leave my car and they would repair the damage they'd done. No compensation was offered for the fact I was without my car for another 28 hours, nor did they offer, or pay, for the additional day of my rental car. I was given "Sorry 'bout that" and sent on my way.
