10. Denny kept me informed about the repair. He told me how to rent a car while parts were being delivered. Denny called when there were delays. The car looks absolutely fantastic. The Collision Center staff makes me want to do more business with Royal Toyota. I had an excellent experience.

We had discussed hooking up a dash cam and running the wiring for it while they were performing the collision service. It unfortunately didn’t get installed. There was a legit lack of communication and follow up on my part, so I don’t fault them at all. Just have to find someone else to connect it and run the wiring
