For the Collision Center. For Service desk, though, I still need to learn why some receptionists are badly off the line, more like you are at a downtown cheap shop.

Your people in general and Jeff at Collision center in particular are professional, courteous and custmer centered . Even the lady (Ashley) at the collision center is so nice and assistive one wishes ever other department woul learn from these dedicated people how to do business and how to gain customer trust. If Royal South has somthing to take pride in, it for sure comes from your prople in your Collision Center.
